About Carol Vaughan, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker in practice for over 35 years, trained with a Master's Degree of Social Work at the University of Houston. I enjoy, treat and have extensive experience in individual, family, couples and group psychotherapy. I run two ongoing groups for men and women ages 30-65, and one for women over 65. Group therapy is a way to combat isolation, to normalize emotional responses in reaction to conflict, loss and illness.
I am certified as a Group Psychotherapist and a Fellow of the American Group Psychotherapy Association. I have taught and co-coordinated the Group Therapy Seminars for 2nd and 3rd year Residents at Baylor College of Medicine for 11 years, 2006- 2017.
My practice is located just outside Loop 610 several blocks from the Galleria.
Fees:
Individual therapy (50 minutes) $180
Couples/Family Therapy (60 minutes) $215
Group Therapy (90 minutes) $75
